练练手~很久没吃菠萝面包了
我们的烟总开口要吃这个
好的~随便在本书上看到
就折腾了一哈子~~
表面的菠萝皮,我切的印子深了~导致后面发酵后全部炸开
只好把一些不堪入目的皮子扒拉下来.再捏吧捏吧.直接盖在面团上
出来的裂纹竟然也很美好的喃~

--面团原料--(出自孟老师的100道面包 稍作修改)
高粉---170g
低粉---30g
细砂糖---25g
盐---1/8小勺
奶粉---10g
蛋黄---1个
水---100g
无盐黄油---15g
 
--菠萝皮的原料--
无盐黄油---45g
糖粉---30g
蛋黄---1个
奶粉---10g
低粉---80g

辅助材料---鸡蛋液稍许 刷表面用

--制作过程--

1.黄油室温软化.稍微打发.加入糖粉.打至完全融合.再加入蛋黄打发至蓬松.体积变大.颜色变淡.呈羽毛状

2.筛入粉类.切拌法混合

3.最后稍微揉成团.盖上保鲜膜.入冰箱冷藏保存.备用

4.面团和菠萝皮.分别分割成几等分.面团滚圆.菠萝皮擀开

5.用皮子包住面团~哈~包紧了哈~

6.用刮板按出纹路.别太用劲.皮子切断了.最后发出来可丑了~或者不切也行~自然的纹路很美好的！

7.待面团发好后.表面刷上蛋液.入烤箱180度20~25分钟即可！

8.烤好后放在冷却架上.散热后.装入保鲜盒.

盘点琐碎，我来到新的单位整整三年了。细数三年一千零九十多个日子，对自己还是比较满意的。生活和工作都有着些许的进步。


 这几天有开始怀旧，开始一遍又一遍的听那首《lilei和heimeimei》. 开始频频感慨时光飞逝。


不曾想，我离开初中校园，已经有十一年了，有点落寞的遗憾。
   不曾想，我来到新的单位，已是第三个夏天，有点充实的伤感……
   十年里，原来自己做了这么多的事情：在陌生的城市，求学。在熟悉的城市，工作、安家，并渐渐安于现在的工作和生活。

In this big celebration, nothing is missing for the fun. Everyone is participating in one way or the other, killing or looking at the cruelty “supporting like a spectator”（在这个大型庆祝中，没有什么事会错过乐趣。每个人都参与其中，或残忍捕杀，或作为旁观者坐视这种残杀！！）


Is it necessary to mention that the dolphin calderon, like all the other species of dolphins, it’s near extinction and they get near men to play and interact. In a way of PURE friendship（现在已经到了必须关注卡尔德隆海豚时候了，像其他种类的海豚一样，她们已经接近灭绝，她们需要和附近的人和睦相处，以一种纯粹的友谊！！）  





They don’t die instantly; they are cut 1, 2 or 3 times with thick hooks. And at that time the dolphins produce a grim cry like that of a new born child.（她们不会立即死去；她们将被厚厚的铁钩勾上1次、2次后者3次。在那个时候，海豚便会发出尖锐的叫声，像一个初生儿。）


But he suffers and there’s no compassion while this magnificent creature slowly dies in its own blood。（但是她的遭遇在她这个伟大生物慢慢死去时并没有得到一丝同情。）

朋友的突然离世的消息
